Topics for today’s first-ever #hcsmca chat

We’ll conduct three 15-minute discussions during each #hcsmca Twitter chat that focus on questions submitted to the topic list by members of the community prior to the event.

Today’s topics are:

  1. Share why you chose to join #hcsmca today? What do you hope to share/gain/learn/influence?
  2. Why should healthcare organizations care about social media?
  3. What barriers have you encountered in your organization regarding using social media – and what solutions have you found to them?

      Thanks Andrew.

      I’d like to state publicly that #hcsmca completely followed the #hcsmeu and #hcsm models. In particular Andrew, it was your encouragement, mentoring and support that largely contributed to the success of #hcsmca’s inaugural chat.

      I look forward to watching the community grow and flourish, and adding our special “maple syrup” flavour to the global health conversation.
